Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To request a return, please email us at support@mypawsandtots.com with your order number.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and meet the return conditions detailed below.


Non-Returnable Items

The following products are strictly excluded from our return policy and cannot be refunded:

  • 🏷️ Sale items (marked as final sale)
  • ✏️ Customized or personalized products
  • 🧴 Food, litter, sanitary goods, toys, health & personal care items (for strict hygiene and safety reasons)
  • 📦 Pre-order items (unless they arrive defective or incorrect)

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of our team receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be applied directly to your original payment method, with no extra transactional fees. Please note that items returned that do not meet our return conditions may be refused.


Return Shipping

Customers are fully responsible for the shipping costs and risks associated with returning items. We highly recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service to guarantee delivery.
